Updated reference material.
Our reference material now
includes a number of one-page training guides that you
can print out and hand-deliver to clients who need help
getting started with Investor360°. For example, the
majority of offices I’ve spoken with are most frequently
contacted by clients requesting help with resetting their
passwords. Now, you can simply share one of our new
training guides that will walk clients step by step through
how to reset their password on their own.
For clients who want to learn how Account Aggregation
works, we’ve included tailored training guides for them as
well. Although some baby boomers may not be interested,
Gen X and Y clients may want more hands-on training
that teaches them about challenges and errors, as well as
how to resolve them.
Scaling Your Practice
As I mentioned earlier, one of our objectives for this
release of Investor360° was to lay the behind-the-scenes
foundation that will allow us to more easily build new
functionality that clients are looking for. To start,
Investor360° now works across all major browsers, and
we’re aiming to roll out a mobile version later this year.
Our longer-term enhancement list includes ways to help
you scale your practice, so you can focus less on in-person
meetings and more on the online tools that will provide
younger generations with the information they need,
such as the following:
•
Interactive (permission-based) planning tools
•
Self-service operations (e.g., address changes,
money movement)
•
Enhancements to Account Aggregation
•
A secure message center
•
Research tools
Regardless of who your core client is, you remain
Commonwealth’s—so, as always, we’re excited to bring
you the tools you need to be successful. Feel free to e-mail
us at
to let
us know what you need from our client-facing platform!
